Goal

The primary objectives for Black Kite Cellars were to establish Jasper House as a premier destination tasting room in the heart of the West Sonoma Coast appellation, while generating excitement around the new space and educating consumers about the Freestone area. Key goals included increasing brand awareness through targeted press coverage, amplifying visibility, and driving consumer interest. Additionally, the initiative aimed to attract new active buyers and grow wine club memberships, ensuring sustained engagement and long-term loyalty.

Results

  • We successfully secured top-tier press coverage for Jasper House, including inclusion in the San Francisco Chronicle's annual list of California’s best new tasting rooms (one of only nine selected), as well as features in Sunset, USA Today, Men’s Journal, JamesSuckling.com, and more.

  • Through strategic media relations, we cultivated critical relationships, resulting in consistently high 90+ scores across the portfolio, which significantly boosted consumer interest and wine sales.

  • Our efforts also generated a surge in consumer engagement, leading to a nearly twofold increase in Wine Club membership.
